Shipping and Return Policies

Shipping Information
Shipping charges will be automatically calculated and added to your order based on the total weight of your order.  Upon checkout, you will have the option to ship via UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air.  You will be able to review your final shipping charge prior to finalizing your order.  Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your UPS Tracking Number. 
 
Return Information
Your satisfaction is guaranteed.  You may return any of your purchased items for a refund, credit or exchange if it is in “resalable” condition within 30 days of purchase.  Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that results from use of the products.  Use of products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured nullifies this warranty.
 
If you experience a problem with any of our products, simply state the reason for your return/exchange on the back of your packing slip and send it back to: Cat Emporium,

.  There will be no credits or refunds for returned shipping charges.  If you request that we replace or exchange an item, you will be responsible for the reshipping charges. There will be no credits or refunds on any merchandise more than 30 days after purchase.
